As you all know I do a livestream podcast every week on the travel channel. My episodes range from a half hour up to 2 hours, depending on how impressive the place was, and how much I have to say about it. Travel is my life, and my career. I understand how deeply blessed I am to get paid to travel, write, and record about my experiences. My latest week-long sojourn was to the wonderful city of Tampa Bay, Florida. Thankfully I was there several weeks before that awful Hurricane Ian came ashore nearby. I started my Tampa Bay vacation by taking in a baseball game. Believe it or not this was my first time watching a major league baseball game in person, and the Tampa Bay Rays won! That night I spent in the downtown area, sampling a few of the more high-end bars that Tampa has to offer. One thing that struck me during my stay in Tampa was how amazing the climate control was. No matter where I went the air conditioning was always icy cold, which was a stark contrast to the 93 degree temps outside. The business owners of Tampa Bay know how hot it can be, especially for tourists who aren’t used to this kind of climate. They always make sure the air conditioning is the best it can be, allowing people to relax and just have fun.I spent the rest of the week exploring the museums and bookstores of Tampa Bay, as well as hitting the beautiful beaches and the cannabis dispensary.

It’s hard to believe if you are getting a great deal on recreational marijuana unless you look around for the best prices, then some of my friends don’t care if they save 2 or numerous bucks on a product, however that adds up plus I need my money! I called a company in Rocklin to give me an estimate

There is fog and rain frequently during the winter months. We have to be prepared for flash floods and mudslides that can happen in an instant. There are lots of places around the country that have colder temperatures than Rocklin, California, but I don’t deal with the cold temperatures very well. I run the furnace as much as possible during the winter season, so I never have to worry about being cold. When there was a problem with my furnace last season, I called a company in Rocklin to give me an estimate. I honestly thought the furnace could be repaired, so I was distraught when I heard that it needed to be replaced. I received the estimate to replace my furnace and it was higher than I expected. I called two additional Rocklin HVAC service providers to get an estimate for the work. One of the estimates was lower, but not by much. It was clear that the replacement of the furnace was going to cost more than I expected. I had to get financing from the bank so I could pay for the new furnace. The bank gave me a very low interest rate on a personal loan. I only have to pay $3.1% interest and my payments are very low and affordable. When the winter temperatures hit next winter, I’m going to be ready with a brand new furnace.

The ups plus downs of Las Vegas
My wife Joy plus I do a quarterly podcast; It is actually free-wheeling plus based on improvisation! Usually both of us start with a list of bullet points, which guides us through the recording session, plus then both of us discuss the numerous topics off the top of our heads, the people I was with and I don’t have a lot of listeners, however both of us appreciate doing it! Last month both of us returned from a long weekend in Las Vegas, plus ever since then I’ve been thinking about it. The podcast Joy plus I will be recording this weekend will discuss the highs plus lows about our Las Vegas sojourn, however joy has never been a substantial fan of smoking cannabis, plus she had no method it was legal to get in Las Vegas. I knew that of course, however didn’t tell her. Joy prefers to sip on cocktails, whereas I love to smoke marijuana instead of drinking liquor. Las Vegas diagnosed us both, providing ample drinks plus cannabis no matter where both of us opted to go or what both of us did; Much to our surprise I did not love gambling in Las Vegas as much as I expected… Perhaps that was because I lost our entire gambling budget within a single minute. Joy fared much better in her first attempt at gambling in Las Vegas, so overall both of us broke even, but while the casinos didn’t wow me, I did appreciate the abundance of live shows plus live tunes that Las Vegas had to offer.
