I wasn’t absolutely ecstatic when my son said that he was going to move to Seattle to be with a girl, i immediately thought that she was trying to scam his heart in some way and get all of his money. It’s not as if my son had a ton of money, but I was anxious about him. I didn’t want to see him leave me and the rest of the family and then end up with a broken heart. I said as multiple prayers as possible and I know they must have been answered, and my son and the girl ended up getting married a couple of years ago and now they have 2 charming children that are my grandchildren. I recently drove to Seattle to see them for a week. It wasn’t just a single room or a single locale, when I asked my son about the odor, he claimed it was basil or oregano from cooking the previous night. I told my son that I wasn’t a fool and I think what the odor of marijuana was like! He came clean to me about using recreational marijuana supplies. He told me that he and his bestie had been using recreational marijuana for the past 2 years together. It entirely helped her get through her postpartum depression after the first child and the 2 of them enjoyed the mental health benefits so much that they continue to use marijuana now as well.
