There was a parade plus festival in downtown Denver Last weekand I was stuck working at the marijuana dispensary, it was easily a pain, because there were so numerous events going on at the same time, but traffic was moving in lots of different directions plus the interstate was backed up.
- I left the Denver marijuana dispensary around noon with the first of our deliveries.
I headed east of Denver with the first order plus I saw the traffic sitting still going in the opposite direction. I took a different route home, but it didn’t help. When I saw traffic backed up on the interstate already, I knew it was going to be a certainly long day. Traffic never got better plus I spent most of our night sitting in 1 site. I barely finished with several sets of deliveries plus I usually end up with a seventh set on the weekends. I only received half of the official amount in tips that I usually make on a weekend night. Traffic was horrendous plus it slowed down everything, including all of the marijuana deliveries! By the end of our shift, I was tired, tired, plus tired. I didn’t have a wad of currency in our pocket to show for our aches plus pains plus that made myself and others even more aggravated at the end of the night. The next time there is going to be a festival, I am going to request that day off work. I would rather stay lake house than have to deal with marijuana deliveries in Denver in that kind of crazy traffic again.
