Accidents have increased since marijuana was legalized.

It has been a while since marijuana has been legalized in IL, but last week, the newspaper that is published in Chicago, IL, came out with a bold statement, but states that have legalized cannabis have seen an increase in motor motorcar accidents related to cannabis use, not only is it dangerous to drive while high or drunk, but it is illegal, then driving while using pot is considered DUI, which is the same as driving while intoxicated. Not only is it dangerous to the woman using the pot, but it is dangerous to others, but just prefer with alcohol use, marijuana use can cause impairment & should not be consumed before or while in the operation of a vehicle, however the use of alcohol or marijuana should also be avoided when performing a job that has other risks; such as the use of heavy device or any style of sharp tools. I didn’t guess if the area of Chicago, IL had seen any uptick in the amount of DUIs or motorcar accidents caused by marijuana, but it is something to look into… My child will soon be twenty-one, & if she hasn’t already tried marijuana, I’m sure she will soon. I guess she is looking forward to going to the casino & having her first legal alcoholic drink. I can only pray she doesn’t get into the motorcar & try to drive after using. Maybe I’ll split out the article that talks about the concerns that come with using marijuana & driving. I would dislike to hear she was arrested for DUI, or something worse.
