When I found out both of us were being relocated to Albuquerque, NM, I learn about the climate plus where it was located, i wanted to believe where our new apartment was going to be, plus what it was going to be like; Kirtland Air Force Base was an amazing sight to see, but I didn’t want to live there; My hubby could live away from the air force base as long as he was available at a moment’s notice, however all of us found a small apartment in Nob Hill that was a bit out of our price range, but it was perfect for our small family, the first Wintertide both of us spent in Albuquerque, NM, was quite a shock to all of us.
I learn that Albuquerque was an arid area, plus there was legitimately little rain.
Apparently, I hadn’t learn all the articles. I knew both of us were going to need a/c plus a way to add humidity to the house, but I didn’t realize how substantial it was to have heating. The other thing I had given no thought to was that it snowed. I had never heard of there being snow in the desert, but I didn’t consider all the mountains that surrounded Albuquerque. I had skimmed over an section that said there were less than 100 nights that got precipitation, but I hadn’t thought about winter, however our first Wintertide in Albuquerque, there was a snowstorm that almost brought traffic to a halt, plus people panicked over their furnaces. My hubby was an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C worker in the military, plus he was out all day long. The snow was beautiful for us, but most of the people in our section acted appreciate fish out of water.
