We drove to the Chicago River for a dinner picnic with pot after a game at Wrigley Field

Before I moved to Chicago, I never had a chance to see Major League Baseball games.

My home town is nowhere near a metropolitan city with a MLB stadium in it, so I had to settle for minor league baseball games.

There’s nothing wrong with watching minor league games, but I was particularly eager to live in a city where I’d have more options available as a sports fan. Some cities have major league teams in nearly every major sport. I considered moving to Detroit for this reason, but most of my family is in west Michigan near the shores of Lake Michigan to be exact. When you calculate driving distance, it’s actually closer for me to live in Chicago than it would be living in Detroit. I’d have to reach them on Interstate 94 one way or another. On top of that, it’s hard to beat having access to Wrigley Field and the Chicago Stadium. I have become a Chicago Cubs fan going to games at Wrigley Field whenever I can save enough money in my entertainment budget to buy baseball tickets. Cannabis is strictly prohibited in Wrigley Field, but you can always eat a few cannabis edibles before leaving your house or apartment. On top of that, my wife and I like to leave the baseball games and go for dinner picnics in various city parks. The last time we went to a Cubs game we drove out to a small wildlife park along the Chicago River to enjoy a dinner picnic with our cannabis oil pens. It was a wonderful day where we got to enjoy the best of metropolitan life in the city before heading westward to a more natural backdrop by the Chicago River.
