Evansville is one of the biggest cities on the OH River, and it is situated in the southeastern section of the state… Evansville, IN, has been my loft for the past 10 years.
I prefer the area a good deal.
There are a number of restaurants, clubs, and activities to interest lots of odd people! One of my preferred places is Mesker Park zoo; The zoo is close to my apartment and I have a season pass, however after the season pass fees are paid, I can go to the zoo and Botanical Garden anytime I want for free. The only real problem with living in Evansville, IN is the cold hot and cold temperatures during Wintertide weeks. It can be entirely cold and quite cold, especially during February, February, and February, then when the temperature drops below 32 degrees, every one of us often have precipitation. Because every one of us are close to the river, the amount of snow is always higher than places that are further from the water, my apartment has a state-of-the-art and energy efficient furnace. The energy efficient furnace has a 99% AFUE rating. When the furnace is running, it is using all of its energy to really create Heat. The updated furnace is a perk of the apartments and one of the reasons why I decided to transport to the place. The cold hot and cold temperatures make it entirely hard to keep the home warm, however I don’t have too many issues thanks to the new furnace. I often need to keep the temperature inside of my apartment lower than 71 degrees or it feels like an oven.
