I finally decided to leave a message for the management team.
Living close to Chicago means living close to Lake Michigan! I live in a suburb of Chicago, just south of the city in Orland Park, IL. Orland Park is still a area of Cook County. It is close to the interstate plus a truly short drive to the city, and my friends plus I decided to drive from Orland Park to Lake Michigan so both of us could spend the day by the water. The people I was with and I took a couple of kayaks plus paddleboards. The water was truly calm that day plus both of us had a truly interesting plus exciting day at the lake, however when both of us came back to the apartment, both of us found the apartment to have no cool air. The A/C was running, but the air was moderate plus humid, then after having fun at the lake all day, our friends plus I were all tired plus ready to lay down plus get some rest, however unblessedly, both of us had to contact the manager for the apartment so both of us could get the A/C problems fixed. I called the management office 3 times plus did not get an answer. I finally decided to leave a message for the management team. About 45 minutes later, someone finally called me back. The maintenance director agreed to come look at the AC, despite the fact that he was downtown at the time plus would not be able to help us until later that day. It was almost dark by the time the maintenance director arrived to look at the A/C problem. Thankfully the issue wasn’t a major problem plus the maintenance staff had the A/C running again before both of us went to bed.
