Just a short distance from San Francisco is the San Pablo Bay National Wildlife Refuge, then there is a lot of good fishing in San Pablo Bay, & our friends & I like to take the boat there on the weekends… Everyone went fishing last weekend & I put the boat in the water at Mcnears beach, but we sailed around the water for a while & then our friends & I put a pole in the water.
We did not have genuinely many bites in the start, so all of us moved to a couple of weird spots around the San Francisco location, but after lunch, our friends & I decided to transfer to the San Francisco Bay section of the water, and it was a little bit warmer & the fishing was more active… One of our buddies lit up a recreational marijuana cigarette, then he got the recreational marijuana cigarette from a dispensary in town. My friend was halfway through the marijuana cigarette when another boat came out of nowhere & started flashing lights. Although all of us did not get into any trouble for using marijuana & operating a boat, both our friend & I got a hefty good for fishing from a boat without a valid license. My friend knew his license was expired, although I did not realize that mine was due to be renewed a month ago. I was happy all of us did not get a ticket for the marijuana, although I wish the guy would have given us a warning about the fishing as well, then both of us have to spend money $200 fines to the state & our fishing licenses are suspended until all of us do.
