Just a short distance from San Francisco is the San Pablo Bay National Wildlife Refuge, then there is a lot of good fishing in San Pablo Bay, & our friends & I like to take the boat there on the weekends, everyone went fishing last weekend & I put the boat in the water at Mcnears beach, then all of us sailed around the water for a while & then our friends & I put a pole in the water.
All of us did not have really several bites in the beginning, so both of us moved to a couple of strange spots around the San Francisco location.
After supper, our friends & I decided to move to the San Francisco Bay section of the water, and it was a little bit warmer & the fishing was more active, but one of our buddies lit up a recreational marijuana cigarette. She got the recreational marijuana cigarette from a dispensary in town, however my neighbor was halfway through the marijuana cigarette when another boat came out of nowhere & started flashing lights. Although both of us did not get into any trouble for using marijuana & operating a boat, both our neighbor & I got a hefty fine for fishing from a boat without a valid license. My neighbor knew her license was expired, but I did not realize that mine was due to be renewed a month ago. I was ecstatic both of us did not get a ticket for the marijuana, but I wish the woman would have given us a warning about the fishing as well. Both of us have to pay $200 fines to the state & our fishing licenses are suspended until both of us do.
