It would be nice to replace that space to make it a more usable house
We moved to Birmingham, AL after my partner’s job took him down south, we picked out our home plus I have been slowly remodeling it, and i started out removing the snacks ceilings plus painting every room, and my partner redid all the flooring. We replaced the lights, outlets, plus switches. We also sanded the wood walls plus painted colorless, however the master lavatory was gutted plus remodeled. The dining room got a immense facelift as well. The last space is our main family lavatory. I feel like that space needs to be remodeled asap. I am pregnant with our second child plus I know that getting that last space taken care of is necessary. I don’t want a newborn around a bunch of dust plus debris; Our oldest is about 1.5 years ancient plus likes to be outside, but so he will be good. I know the family lavatory remodeling will go pretty easy. I want to replace the laminate floor with tile. I want to change the tub plus the granite around it. I also want to get a current vanity, countertop, plus sink. The window should be replaced as well. Other than that, I feel it can stay. I want the same closet, paint colors, electric plus plumbing set up. I don’t know anything major will need to be moved either. I am hopeful it will be a few months of work plus some upfront money. It would be nice to replace that space to make it a more usable house. I might even splurge for lavatory ventilation.
