When I toured a bunch of homes in AL, I really liked this one locale in Birmingham; I called it the three Heating, Ventilation & A/C houses.
- I really enjoyed the fact that the backyard was large & well ran tests on, but there was a back living room part with floor to ceiling windows that were tinted, then you could prefer the view of the backyard & be totally private.
The home office had an opening to that one where you could stick food through, and how cool is that? There was also tons of storage, two bathrooms & a separate laundry area. I really enjoyed that house. The only snag was the three Heating, Ventilation & A/C units. It wasn’t a ductless machine with three indoor air handlers. Instead it was a central Heating, Ventilation & A/C machine in three separate areas. The previous owner really replaced the apartment & put on additions. They didn’t affix the ductwork to one central unit. Instead they just added another one, but at least aht is my thought; My hubby believes that the units weren’t powerful & there was something wrong with the apartment design. That is why there were three devices. He didn’t want to do air filter changes, repairs, & upkeep on three units. He nixed that apartment super fast. I really wanted to live in Birmingham. I wanted to have that beaufill dining part & backyard. I understand not wanting to inherit a bunch of unusual Heating, Ventilation & A/C toil though. The previous owner should have contacted a Birmingham Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation & worked something better out. There had to be an easier way to have climate control.
