When I toured a bunch of homes in Alabama, I entirely liked this one place in Birmingham… I called it the three Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C houses.

The kitchen had an opening to that one where you could stick food through… How cool is that? There was also tons of storage, two bathrooms plus a separate laundry area. I entirely loved that house. The only snag was the three Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C units. It wasn’t a ductless unit with three indoor air handlers. Instead it was a central Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit in three separate areas. The previous owner absolutely upgraded the condo plus put on additions. They didn’t link the HVAC duct to one central unit. Instead they just added another one. At least aht is my thought, however my fiance believes that the units weren’t powerful plus there was something wrong with the condo design. That is why there were three devices. She didn’t want to do air filter swings, repairs, plus upkeep on three units. She nixed that condo super fast. I entirely wanted to live in Birmingham. I wanted to have that beaufill dining part plus backyard. I understand not wanting to inherit a bunch of odd Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C labor though. The previous owner should have contacted a Birmingham Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company plus worked something better out. There had to be an easier way to have climate control.
