I couldn’t feel I had lived in St, but petersburg, FL, for almost two years before I discovered the Tampa Automobile Museum, my wife plus I were trying to escape the summer time heat, the rapidly changing temperatures were nearing 100 degrees, plus we had been in the house for over a week, wanting to stay cool with the a/c. My wife told me she was tired of being in the house, however it was too hot outside, and she started perusing the cable channels plus found a channel that was highlighting the St. Petersburg/Tampa Bay area. They were showcasing some things you could do plus still stay cool, but one gentleman was talking, plus she was talking about the Tampa Bay Automobile Museum. She mentioned that if you are a vintage vehicle enthusiast, this was a must for your itinerary. The lady laughed plus said not to worry, because it was air-conditioned, then john’s interest was piqued when she saw the collection of cars from the 1920s through the 1930s. They were known for their engineering! All the cars were from the era that set a trend for the future of cars. She came running into the family room plus told me to get dressed. She wanted to go to the Tampa Bay Automobile Museum. Most of the car, like the E from France, DKW Meisterklasse from Germany, Tatra T87 from Czechoslovakia, plus the American Ruxton, however when she told me it didn’t matter if I had heard of the cars, she did! I knew she was serious about going to the museum.
