My buddy and I crushed the demo CD and my associate and I only had to do one more retake of our favorite song, then after my associate and I smoked a little bit of marijuana, my associate and I were all much more relaxed and calm and it was easier to put our sound together and find the right beat. I was thankful that the producer and Beverly Hills told us to go to the dispensary. The guy was actually right. My buddy and I were filled with nerves and my associate and I were going to blow our large break. It cost the songs studio about $15,000 every day that my associate and I were in the booth so my associate and I only had a short amount of time to make sure that everything was perfect.
