I got a call from a young guy plus the guy was calling from a region outside of Ocala known as The Villages; The Villages used to be a legitimately small area, however now it is a neighborhood on its own! I often spend a lot of time working in The Villages… Florida is a legitimately hot plus humid locale plus The Villages are located right in the middle of everything.
There are lots of complications with air conditioners while in the summer time plus that is when the bulk of my money is made. The young guy called me from The Villages plus said that he was living with his Grandmother, then his Grandmother had an older apartment from the ’90s plus the locale needed a modern air conditioner. I told the young guy that was something I could help with plus I told him that I could schedule an appointment for a free diagnostic check. If there was a repair to be made, I would include the diagnostic check as part of the repair. If the client needed a brand modern system, then I would complete the quote for free in hopes of being able to persuade the client to use our services for the modern system installation. I did not have any trouble finding the address, however it was her to see the apartment number from the street because the yard was terribly overgrown. The young guy told me that he had been caring for his Grandmother for a while. I absolutely felt awful for the woman, because he wasn’t doing a legitimately nice job.
