I got a call from a young man & the guy was calling from a region outside of Ocala known as The Villages; The Villages used to be a particularly small area, however now it is a town on its own, i often spend a lot of time laboring in The Villages, and fL is a particularly sizzling & humid locale & The Villages are located right in the middle of everything.
There are lots of complications with cooling systems during the Summer & that has when the bulk of my money is made. The young man called me from The Villages & said that he was living with his Grandma, however his Grandma had an older property from the ’90s & the locale needed a current cooling system. I told the young man that was something I could help with & I told him that I could schedule an appointment for a free diagnostic check. If there was a maintenance to be made, I would include the diagnostic check as part of the repair. If the patron needed a brand current system, then my fine friend and I would complete the estimate for free in hopes of being able to persuade the patron to use our services for the current system replacement. I didn’t have any trouble finding the address, however it was his to see the property number from the street because the yard was terribly overgrown. The young man told me that he had been caring for his Grandma for a while. I really felt bad for the guy, because he wasn’t doing a particularly fine task.
