Each one of the technicians is Nate certified to work on a variety of different makes and models. I have to work every other weekend, but I really don’t mind. My girlfriend has to work every weekend at the hospital. On the weekends when I work, I have to be on call in the middle of the night for emergencies. Sometimes the weekends can be quite long when I have multiple air conditioner repair calls in the Jacksonville area. Last Saturday night was one of those busy and long weekends. I left my house around 10:00 in the evening because a customer near the beaches called for an emergency repair. I was finishing up with the ductless AC repair when I got a second emergency repair call. The customer was calling from the Westside and it was one of our commercial customers. She has a laundromat that is open 24 hours a day. The central AC unit was blowing warm air and she wanted us to fix the problem in the middle of the night. Even though I was all the way at the beach, I still went to the West Side to help our customer out with the commercial AC repair. I didn’t get to go back to sleep until almost 7:00 in the morning. Thank goodness I didn’t have any repair scheduled for Sunday, because I really needed to get a little bit of rest.
