When my spouse advised me to go to Denver, CO for a trip in the middle of September, I thought he had gone mad.

I realize September isn’t technically the Winter time months, but Denver has snow on the ground during that time at times. I wasn’t recognizably gleeful about the trip, but I was able to promise my spouse that I would have an open mind. I started looking at all of the activities that were easily available & I found a huge amount of fun & interesting items. I was honestly interested in a microbrewery tour. The microbrewery tour travels around the whole area & you get to try a bunch of different beers that are created right there in the mile high city. As I was looking through all of the tourist info, I realized one crucial detail that I forgot about tourism in Denver. The state has legal medical & recreational cannabis for everybody. I forgot about that information for a minute, but I was reminded when I saw all of the advertisements for medical & recreational cannabis dispensaries in Denver, CO. I thought my spouse might have some crazy ideas, so I confronted him with the information. He easily admitted that he was hoping we would try recreational cannabis during a state that allows legal use of the plant. I was actually against the idea until we landed in Denver & I noticed that cannabis is absolutely accepted & used just like alcohol or tobacco all the time. I was able to try legal weed while we were on the trip.
