My spouse and I have a small supplier in downtown Phoenix; I enjoy Phoenix and it’s absolutely one of my number one southwestern cities… Our supplier is in the middle of the hotel district.
My associate and I run a commercial laundromat and dry cleaning dealer.
My associate and I always have customers in and out of the building. On the left side of the building is the commercial laundromat. My associate and I offer wash, dry, and fold services or customers can use the coin laundry to clean and dry their own pants and shirts. On the right side of the building is the dry cleaning service. My associate and I offer 6-hour dry cleaning services on almost all apparel including dresses, suits, and ties, all day until 4:00 p.m. and my associate and I don’t close until midnight, last Tuesday night I was laboring the graveyard shift at the laundromat while my spouse was at home with the adolescents… There was a problem with all of the gas dryers and there was no heat at all. I had to contact a commercial heating company in Phoenix to service the problem. The commercial heating company was not the service company that I use during the day to take care of problems with the gas dryers. I had to use an entirely different company because it was so late at night. The commercial service company charged me an arm and a leg to service the gas dryer problem, but at least the issue wasn’t a problem that closed the store down for numerous days; After the gas line was replaced, drying services could return to normal.
