My wifey and I have a small supplier in downtown Phoenix, and i care about Phoenix and it’s absolutely one of my favorite southwestern cities, and our supplier is in the middle of the hotel district, my nice friend and I run a commercial laundromat and dry cleaning dealer.
My nice friend and I consistently have clients in and out of the building.
On the left side of the building is the commercial laundromat. My nice friend and I offer wash, dry, and fold services or clients can use the coin laundry to scrub and dry their own pants and shirts. On the right side of the building is the dry cleaning service. My nice friend and I offer 6-hour dry cleaning services on almost all apparel including dresses, suits, and ties, all day until 4:00 p.m. and my pal and I don’t close until midnight… Last Thursday night I was working the graveyard shift at the laundromat while my wifey was at house with the kids, there was a concern with all of the gas dryers and there was no heat at all. I had to contact a commercial heating contractor in Phoenix to repair the problem. The commercial heating contractor was not the repair contractor that I use while in the day to take care of complications with the gas dryers. I had to use an entirely different contractor because it was so late at night. The commercial repair contractor charged me an arm and a leg to repair the gas dryer problem, however at least the issue wasn’t a concern that closed the store down for numerous mornings! After the gas line was upgraded, drying services could return to normal.
