My friends and I live on the west side, and the beach in Jacksonville is about 45 minutes away.
I don’t go to the beach every day because I hate to drive, however there’s usually traffic and it’s taxing to find a locale to park, and one of my friends said that she was going to go to Jacksonville beach on Saturday and I had the day off work.
I told her that I would join her if she did not mind… She sounded happy to find out that I was going to join her for the day. I packed a cooler with some drinks and snacks and I took a small umbrella. I wasn’t sure if Sarah had an umbrella of her own. I drove to her condo and then she drove to the beach. It was really tepid and humid outside and the AC in her automobile did not work really well. She had the AC on the maximum setting and maximum cooling and it wasn’t putting out much frigid air at all. She apologized for the concerns with the AC unit.
