Inside of the system, there were a lot of concerns.
There are two legitimately awful things that go hand & hand in the state of Florida; Humidity & bugs will be found all over… The state enjoys a tropical temperature with mild Winters & wet, humid summers. There are hundreds of bugs that adore the tropical temperature & lots of them can be found inside of the house. I had concerns with humidity & bugs & the concerns turned out to be significant. I live in Royal Palm Beach, a town in South Florida; Royal Palm Beach has honestly mild Winters & honestly warm summers, and last year while in the summer, I noticed that the A/C unit in the household was not cooling as effectively & efficiently as it did the previous year. I did not have a service tune up performed on the system before the heat & humidity started. I had a service tune-up performed the previous year & I didn’t assume I needed to have it done two years in a row. I contacted the Royal Palm Beach residential & commercial heating & A/C service contractor near me, however a skilled & certified specialist came out to my condo to look at the A/C unit. Inside of the system, there were a lot of concerns. The evaporator coils were dirty & the condensate drain line was restrained. The Royal Palm Beach A/C service specialist also looked at my HVAC duct & found evidence of a bug problem. The A/C service specialist urged me to contact an exterminator to further examine the problem. I was aggravated & aggravated when I heard all of the poor news.
