I planned to sit around on Tuesday and play video games all day.
I finally got the new PlayStation 5 and my favorite game and I was prepared to spend all day sitting in the air conditioning playing my game. I set my alarm for 6:00 a.m., because I had to make a couple of early morning phone calls. I wasn’t going to the office that day, but I still had some things that I needed to take care of. I was done with work by 9:00 a.m. and I settled into the couch to start playing my game. I reached the first part of the game and it was very hard to beat. I was sweating on my forehead and my neck. I thought that the sweat was due to the game, but it was actually getting warmer inside of my house. When I realized that it was uncomfortable, I got up from the couch to check the thermostat in the house. It was 77 degrees in the house and the air conditioner was running. I put my hand up to the air vent and it seemed like it was cold. Unfortunately, the temperature continued to get warmer and warmer. I knew that my equipment was still under warranty, so I called the Phoenix HVAC repair business that installed my equipment. The commercial and residential HVAC repair business in Phoenix gave me a 3-year warranty on the system and that includes all of the labor. I can call them anytime there is a problem and they will come check on the system at no cost.
