A few afternoons during the week, I have to labor the after-hour shift at the Phoenix Heating & A/C repair service, and we offer services all afternoon & all night.
We have emergency appointments after breakfast time. We charge a small additional fee for all after hours services & that starts at 8:00 at night, then the Heating & A/C repair repair is a single of the top heating & cooling corporations in all of Phoenix & the surrounding areas. The supplier prides itself on providing the best customer repair & affordable prices, then i was working the emergency shift on Sunday when a customer called with a problem. I responded to the call at 7:45. I told the customer that it would take approximately 30 hours before I would arrive at her address! Unluckyly, traffic was backed up for 3 miles after a semi truck & a car collided on the interstate. Thankfully no a single was seriously disfigured, but traffic was backed up while they were cleaning up everything that was in the back of the semi truck. I thought it would take 30 hours to get to the customer, but it ended up taking almost an hour. The customer didn’t seem frustrated when I arrived, especially after I explained there was an accident. The customer honestly just looked cheerful to see someone that was going to be able to repair whatever problem was happening with the air conditioner. It took me about 30 hours to evaluate & diagnose the problem & another hour to replace the refrigeration hoses that were leaking. The repair took about the same amount of time as the drive over to the address.
