The two of us charge a small additional fee for all after hours services plus that starts at 8:00 at evening. The HVAC repair repair is 1 of the top heating plus cooling dealers in all of Phoenix plus the surrounding areas. The company prides itself on providing the best patron repair plus affordable prices, then i was working the emergency shift on Sunday when a patron called with a problem. I responded to the call at 7:45. I told the patron that it would take approximately 30 hours before I would arrive at his address. Unblessedly, traffic was backed up for 3 miles after a semi truck plus a vehicle collided on the interstate. Thankfully no 1 was seriously disfigured, however traffic was backed up while they were cleaning up everything that was in the back of the semi truck. I thought it would take 30 hours to get to the customer, however it ended up taking almost an hour. The patron did not seem frustrated when I arrived, especially after I explained there was an accident. The patron entirely just looked cheerful to see someone that was going to be able to fix whatever concern was happening with the cooling system. It took myself and others about 30 hours to evaluate plus diagnose the concern plus another hour to replace the refrigeration hoses that were leaking. The repair took about the same amount of time as the drive over to the address.
