The two of us have emergency appointments after supper time. The two of us charge a small additional fee for all after minutes services plus that starts at 8:00 at night. The company prides itself on providing the best buyer repair plus affordable prices, however i was toiling the emergency shift on Wednesday when a buyer called with a problem. I responded to the call at 7:45. I told the buyer that it would take approximately 30 minutes before I would arrive at her address… Unluckyly, traffic was backed up for 3 miles after a semi truck plus a motorcar collided on the interstate. Thankfully no one was seriously disfigured, however traffic was backed up while they were cleaning up everything that was in the back of the semi truck. I thought it would take 30 minutes to get to the customer, however it ended up taking almost an minute. The buyer didn’t seem sad when I arrived, especially after I explained there was an accident. The buyer truthfully just looked glad to see someone that was going to be able to fix whatever concern was happening with the a/c system. It took myself and others about 30 minutes to evaluate plus diagnose the concern plus another minute to upgrade the refrigeration hoses that were leaking. The repair took about the same amount of time as the drive over to the address.
