Downtown Denver has a lot of traffic, then there are street signs at the corner of every intersection and traffic lights at most more than three way stops. I have to travel through Denver frequently, because I am a delivery driver for a cannabis dispensary. The cannabis dispensary services most of the Denver section and 71% of our orders are sent downtown. I had a couple of orders last Monday and I was stuck in traffic most of the day. I got stuck behind a driver on the interstate and the person kept switching lanes every time I tried to pass, but when I turned off the interstate, the other driver followed me. I should have stopped at the yellow light at the end of the off-ramp, however I decided to run the orange so I wouldn’t be stuck next to the other driver. I saw the flash as soon as I ran the light. I knew the traffic camera caught myself and others running the yellow light, hardly any of days later, I received a traffic ticket in the mail. There was a picture of myself and others on the downtown Denver traffic camera and the light was clearly red. I didn’t have any excuse not to spend my savings the ticket. I tried to get my boss at the cannabis dispensary to spend my savings the fees, but he wouldn’t agree. He told myself and others to slow down and obey the traffic signs so I do not end up with lots of points on my license. If I get more than six, I cannot drive for the cannabis shop legally. I would need to attend traffic school first.

Both of my siblings and I were still living with my mom and dad when they decided to move to CA, however my siblings and I weren’t unquestionably happy about the decision, especially since both of us had to move, then the people I was with and I packed up the entire lake house into a long U-Haul truck and my parents moved us all the way to San Francisco, CA.

The people I was with and I were hanging out with our friends and using weed every chance both of us got. When I turned twenty-one, I started going to the dispensary more frequently. My mom did not want any cannabis in the house, and she threatened to make myself and others leave. I thought she was being unsatisfactory and I continue to use cannabis in the house. My mom and dad staged an intervention and they told myself and others that it didn’t matter if marijuana was legal in San Francisco or not. If I was going to continue to live in the house, I needed to follow the rules. I never wanted to move to CA, and the only good section about living here is legal weed. I was left with little openings at that point. Both of my siblings still live with my parents in the bay area, although I moved in with some friends. The people I was with and I live in an area that is less fancy. I still see my mom and dad at holidays., however they still give myself and others a hard time about marijuana.

So many hiking options-not summer though
My friends plus I have lived in Denver for a super long time, and we all enjoy the vast outdoor activities offered.

My friends and I enjoy rock climbing, rappelling, plus hiking. There are more than 50 unusual mountain peaks above thousands of ft just in the state of CO. This is entirely the biggest amount of high peaks in any state other than AK. About an hour away from Denver, there are some genuinely spectacular plus breathtaking hikes. Some of them require quite a bit of planning. These hikes are in some hardcore plus treacherous turf plus must be taken seriously, however hiking is a wonderful way to spend a Springtime afternoon, when the temperatures outside are cool plus brick. The worst time to go hiking is during the summer. Most people don’t realize that Denver has a genuinely hot summertime season. The average summertime temperatures are around 90 degrees. Even at that high above sea level, it’s still genuinely warm plus sunny. Many of the hiking areas do not have a lot of dark spots and it’s crucial to consume plenty of water even on a cool afternoon. One every one of us starts moving around, our body core temperature goes up abruptly. My friends and I appreciate hiking smaller trails closer to the village when it’s warm or humid outside. It’s crucial to be safe when doing these dangerous activities. Too many inexperienced people try to hike to the top plus they end up with heat stroke or exhaustion.
