The Tampa Riverwalk is a great location for the family

Two weeks ago, while I was driving down US1 in Cocoa, I decided to stop at this eating establishment along the way! It’s called the Old FL Grill & Oyster House, and I loved that it had all the things that make a good eating establishment in FL, but live tunes, patio seating and water views, it doesn’t get any better than that.

I was hoping to sit outside to love my meal, however of course the weather decided to change at the last minute. It rains a lot in FL while in the Summer months, and most of the time, I plan my afternoons around the rain! The rain normally falls someplace between 2 and 4 p.m, and so, I would make sure that I am indoors while in those hours. At times, both of us do get lucky, and both of us avoid the rain. Anyway, on the afternoon I stopped in at Old FL Grill, it didn’t look love it was going to rain. So, I thought it was a perfect afternoon to sit by the water. And boy was I wrong. I was seated on the patio for maybe 30 minutes before the skies became gray and dark. The clouds had moved in quickly, and as a result, I had to transfer inside! While inside, I noticed how frigid the cooling system was. I do love that the eating establishment had good air conditioning system because it Is important for business, especially in a state love FL where it gets so warm outside. The good part about Cocoa is that after the rain the temperature drops love 10 to 15 degrees, so there will be no need for using the cooling system as much.

I had to go to Illinois on business, and the nearest hotel was in Orland Park, IL, however i wasn’t sure what I was going to when in between meetings, however I soon l received that walking was the best option, but the weather was gorgeous, and unlike where I lived, I didn’t suppose the need for cooling system. The daytime hot and cold temperatures barely reached the 75s, and it was nearly the end of June. I was used to having the cooling system running in April, however it was peculiar here. The temperature climate made it comfortable to walk in between meetings, and even in the middle of the day! One day, I went jogging.
